Open Question: who to live with my dad or mom permanant move?
I have to choose of who I live with but its too hard.I am not going to go to a judge because my parents are going to let me decide.I am an only child so I am really close to my parents. My mom and I really connect, normally we don’t fight. She wants to go back to Peru because her and my dad don’t get along.(they are divorced)But my parents live together so it makes problems. My mom does not pays bills my dad pays for everything so my mom thinks that my dad will kick her out but he would never do that but she doesn’t believe me.In peru we have a huge house so she feels more secure there than here. She said the only reason she came to the U.S. was becasue I came here with my dad when I was 8.She said she wanted to be with me and make sure I was okay.So it pains me to see her be sad because of me.Now to my dad.Me and my dad are really close. As I was saying my dad is really sweet. He really loves me and always wants to make sure I have fun.He told me that he and my mom have problems even though I don’t see that.He goes shopping with me(strange for a dad)takes me to movies takes me to places like darien lake and everything. So he makes my life more fun.Now the problem is that if I go with my mom I will be a continent away from my dad and he would think I am leaving him but I wouldn’t.If I stayed with my dad I would not see my mom and I nedd her for some girl stuff. But I also need my dad because I can tell him stuff that bothers me(I can’t tell stuff that bothers me to my mom because we are not that close). So I have no idea who to choose because both of them are really special people to me.If my parents had to decide with who to live with they would probably not make the right decision. My mom’s mom has a huge house that I used to live in so my dad says it would be better for me there because my dad has some trouble with his job.Its really hard for him to find a job because he is an electric engineer.I keep telling him that where I live doesn’t matter but he says its better for me there. My mom always says how it would be better for me in peru but I think they are not thinking about the best for me.They are only thinking about where it would be better for me to live in and that only.So if they choose who to live with my mom would win.And that is a little unfair. I am 12 years old if that helps…..

Open Question: Is the population from Spain more European or more like those of other Spanish speaking countries?
I’m writing a paper on Latino Cultures and I’m trying to figure out whether people from Spain should be included. It’s frustrating because I can’t get an absolute answer. Some say Spaniards are white Europeans that speak Spanish who have nothing to do with Latin American culture.(Plus they(Spaniards) are the originators of the language of course). Others say that Spaniards are, in fact, to be counted with those of Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua and all the other Latin American cultures. Could someone clear this up for me? I know that Spain is in Europe. That’s easy to see. It’s just that I’ve read articles with statements like, “Latinos como los españoles,…” Latinos, like Spaniards, blah blah blah”. This is the source of the confusion. Also, sometimes you can find music from Spain(Europe) in the Latino music section???

We still haven’t received his travel document for re-entry into the United States. We applied for it in March and on the USCIS site the priority date is set to March 25th. The process was stopped for a minor problem he had with the police. Is it possible to get the document before this problem is finished? If so how can we take care of it? Is there anything else i should know before finalizing travel plans?
